Installation Warranty Policy

 

High End Appliance Installation Pro Inc. stands behind the quality of our installation workmanship. This Installation Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how warranty service is handled.

Workmanship Warranty
We provide a limited workmanship warranty on appliance installation services performed by High End Appliance Installation Pro Inc. for a period of 30 days from the date of installation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty covers installation-related issues caused by our workmanship, including improper leveling, fitment, connection, mounting, or setup directly related to the installation service we performed.

Manufacturer Warranty
Appliances, parts, accessories, and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by High End Appliance Installation Pro Inc. Customers are responsible for registering products and contacting the manufacturer for appliance defects, recalls, internal component failures, or product performance issues unrelated to installation workmanship.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by defective appliances, manufacturer defects, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation.
Pre-existing electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, ventilation, gas, structural, or site-condition issues.
Damage caused by third-party contractors, homeowners, movers, delivery companies, or later modifications.
Leaks, failures, or malfunctions caused by old, worn, damaged, incompatible, or customer-supplied parts.
Cosmetic damage reported after completion and acceptance of installation.
Issues caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions after installation.
Any work performed outside the original scope of service.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible, safe, code-compliant, and ready for installation. This includes proper electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, cabinetry, flooring, and clearance requirements.

If the site is not ready or does not meet manufacturer specifications, additional work, return visits, or corrections may be billed separately.

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. We may request photos, videos, appliance information, and a description of the issue before scheduling a warranty visit.

If the issue is determined to be related to our workmanship, we will correct it at no additional labor charge. If the issue is unrelated to our workmanship, a service call or diagnostic fee may apply.

Limitations
This warranty is limited to correction of installation workmanship only. High End Appliance Installation Pro Inc. is not responsible for appliance defects, loss of use, food loss, water damage, property damage, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages unless required by law.
